The full loop: Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles, Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak Drive, the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point lighthouse, the African penguin colony at Boulders Beach, Simon's Town and Kalk Bay.
Start in Hout Bay with the boat to Duiker Island's Cape fur seal colony, then over Chapman's Peak to Cape Point and Boulders Beach.
A shorter run down the M3 to Simon's Town and the boardwalks over the Boulders penguin colony, with Kalk Bay harbour and fish and chips on the way back.
